Jim Keane
Jim Keane is an enthusiastic, dedicated professional with 40+ years Aviation, Bridge, Construction, Marine, Property Management, Rail Transit (Commuter & Light Rail, Automated People Mover, FRA and FTA State Safety and Security Oversight), Terminal and Tunnels operations and maintenance knowledge. He has significant experience managing routine and severe emergencies, the immediate & longer term personnel, facility and regional consequences, disaster recovery operations, and successful implementation of operational risk management and safety management system (DOD MIL-STD 882, USA FM-100-14, USN ORM, FAA, ICAO and FAA/FTA SMS principles. Extensive experience and collaboration with Law Enforcement operations at all levels of government.
